Presentation

Research topics
Automation research focuses on:

  • Analysis and control of uncertain systems by convex optimization,
  • Interconnected systems (decentralized, large-scale, distributed),
  • Extending robust control, especially frequency approaches, to nonlinear systems,
  • Applications:
    • Vibration control at different scales (MEMS sensors, mechanical systems),
    • Electronic design for signal processing,
    • Systems biology.

Teaching
Interventions cover Automation and Signal in several curricula:

  • Generalist engineering curricula (1A, 2A, 3A),
  • Master E3A, course Automatics and Intelligent Systems,
  • Central School programs abroad (Centrale Casablanca and Centrale Beijing).

Current teaching responsibilities:

  • Basic course in signal processing (1A),
  • In-depth course Automatics and Nonlinear Phenomena (2A),
  • Interventions in electives Living, Information and Systems (2A) and Robustness and Convex Optimization (M2).
