The Centrale Lyon DD&RSE master plan is built around the establishment strategy co-constructed in 2022 and which places major transitions at the heart of its ambition.

It has been developed based on work already carried out and actions included, among others, in the carbon footprint transition plan and the Établissement's other master plans. It was discussed at seminars involving more than fifty contributors and discussed by some sixty staff and students at various presentation sessions.

The master plan comprises31 sheets grouped into 9 workstreams. The set of proposed actions covers issues of governance, training, research, campus management as well as social policy. These actions are in line with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals and the 4 axes of the Établissement's strategy.

This first master plan is based on one principle: sustainable development and social responsibility are intimately linked. In this spirit, Centrale Lyon is committed to accompanying the commitment of staff and students in its implementation while paying particular attention to their quality of life and work and well-being on campus.
