The Research and Innovation Partnerships Department (DPRV) supports École Centrale Paris laboratories in developing research projects with companies.
His missions are structured around four major projects:
- Project engineering division: monitoring and disseminating information to researchers on calls for projects, support in setting up projects, calculating the cost of a project, checking eligibility conditions
- Administrative and financial division: administrative and financial follow-up of research agreements, production of financial reports, follow-up of invoicing and collections, submission of deliverables to funders
- Legal pole: drafting and negotiation of all types of research-related contracts (consortium agreements, research collaboration contracts, co-ownership agreements, licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements..)
- Research Transfer Unit: transfer of technologies from Centrale Lyon laboratories, support for researchers in setting up companies, management of the portfolio of patents, invention declarations, software and related licenses
