Cardinal Campus
Centrale Lyon has developed a partnership with the Cardinal Campus residences in Lyon. Students admitted to one of the school's courses can benefit from advantageous rates for the rental of furnished apartments ranging from studios to T4 and above, starting at €320 incl. tax/month.
Students must enter the promotional code ECLYON when requesting a reservation, and will need to provide proof of enrolment.
Studéa Nexity
Thanks to its partnership with Studéa Nexity residences, Centrale Lyon gives its students access to furnished studios at privileged conditions. The residences are located in the heart of the city center and feature a host of practical services to make student life easier.

In addition to the residences offered on campus, students can access a wide range of nearby university and private housing. The Crous de Lyon provides subsidized housing in various districts of the metropolis, accessible under certain conditions. Other private student residences, offered on dedicated platforms such as residenceetudiante.fr, also offer a variety of solutions to suit individual needs and budgets.
Housing assistance
The Caisse d'allocations familiales (CAF) pays financial assistance for housing, calculated according to the characteristics of the accommodation and personal financial situation. International students can also benefit.
To assist with housing-related procedures, several structures offer useful resources: LyonCampus centralizes services dedicated to students in the Lyon metropolitan area; the CLLAJ (Comité Local pour le Logement Autonome des Jeunes) provides model documents and advice on accessing housing; finally, the CRIJ (Centre régional d'information jeunesse) distributes housing offers throughout the year.
