Reservation
Start of the school year
Applications are processed in order of priority and subject to availability. Priority is given to: first-year students in the general engineering program who receive scholarships, followed by students whose family home is geographically furthest away (based on public transportation travel time).

- An application form will be emailed to you starting Monday, August 3, 2026, and must be returned by Friday, August 7, 2026, via email along with all required supporting documents. (DO NOT SEND A CHECK)
- You will receive a response between August 12 and 14, 2026
- Admissions will be by appointment Monday through Friday starting Tuesday, August 18, 2026, whenever possible on the date specified in the file

2026–2027 Rates
The application fee and security deposit must be paid at the residence office by credit card. Once your application has been approved and finalized, rent will be automatically debited on a post-payment basis.

The amounts listed will be adjusted on January 1 of the following year.
The residence is eligible for the CAF's APL housing assistance program. The application will be submitted directly by the residence manager, Adoma, on the day of your arrival.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Visale warranty is mandatory for all residents of the Adoma residence.
Residents are required to purchase home insurance. Proof of insurance must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the keys.
