- A confirmation email will be sent to you on receipt of the letter, with all the documents required for the booking and a link to the appointment to collect the keys.
- Arrivals will take place from Thursday 21 August, Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 17.00, according to the times proposed in the confirmation email. The residence office is closed at weekends

Frequently asked questions
No, the deposit must be paid on the day the keys are handed over. It will be cashed and returned when the resident leaves.
You must request a certificate from the insurance company that insures you, either individually or through your parents. Civil liability insurance covers you against any damage you may cause, and is compulsory. For any damage you may suffer (theft, loss of keys, etc.), you need to take out home insurance. Home insurance is not compulsory, but it is strongly recommended.
You must be there in person. On the day the key is handed over, you must sign your lease and the house rules.
No, staff are on hand to welcome students who have booked a room, but no visits are planned.
The internal rules of the Comparat residence state that no household appliances are permitted in bedrooms. However, a kettle or coffee maker is tolerated.
In addition, the bedroom and kitchen are furnished, so it is not advisable to bring any furniture with you, except for a desk chair if necessary.
