Academic year 2026-2027
Students in their first year of the general engineering curriculum are given priority, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Students, whose family home is located in the following communes, are not given priority: Lyon, Écully, Tassin-la-Demi-Lune, Charbonnières-les-bains, Craponne, Francheville, Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon, La Tour de Salvagny, Champagne-au-Mont-d'Or, Villeurbanne, Saint-Cyr-au-Mont-d'Or, Dardilly.

- A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of the email, with a link allowing you to finalize the registration and schedule the key handover appointment.
- The arrivals will be from August 20 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00, according to the slots proposed in the confirmation email. The residence office is closed on weekends

The occupants of the Paul Comparat residence are obliged to take out home insurance covering the rental risks of the room and common areas, as well as their personal civil liability. A certificate of insurance must be provided when the keys are handed over within a maximum of 48 hours.
It's essential to be there personally. On the day the key is handed over, you must sign your lease and the house rules.
