Centrale Lyon enters the Times Higher Education's "sustainable development" ranking

École Centrale de Lyon makes its entry in the 2020 "Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility" ranking of the Times Higher Education, "THE Impact Ranking".

Published on 22 April 2020, this global ranking assesses institutions according to 17 sustainable development objectives defined by the United Nations.

This year, 766 universities and grandes Écoles from 85 different countries provided data for at least four of the 17 indicators assessed (minimum requirement to be included in the ranking list).

Centrale de Lyon responded to 15 of the 17 objectives and is ranked 459, which is a good performance for a first appearance in the ranking.

This ranking is a real reward for all the players in the École who are mobilised day after day on DD&RS issues. It allows us to fully measure the commitments of our "Objectif Terre" action plan built around five major themes: exemplarity, citizenship, expertise, transformation and coherence.
