Pedro Rojo Romeo

Associate professor in electronics (CNU 63)EEA/INL

Pedro Rojo Romeo is an associate professor in the department of Electrical Engineering of École Centrale de Lyon and teaches electronic systems, sensors, microsystems and nano-technologies. He also teaches at master level (Master Nanoscale Engineering, Master EEA).

He was Deputy Director of the Electrical Engineering Department of École Centrale de Lyon. He also holds a position as an associated professor with the University of Sherbrooke, Canada.

His current researches at the INL (Lyon Institute of Nanotechnology) focus on Silicon nano -photonics, on-chip optical interconnects, bio- sensors and microsystems for health and energy harvesting. He is also involved in process development based on functional oxides (ferroelectric, piezoelectric...) and graphene. He is co-author of about 85 publications, 170 conferences, and 3 patents.
