Cooking Lab

With the participation of CROUS and the Institut Paul Bocuse, École Centrale de Lyon has opened a 130 m2 cookery school on its campus.

This school is used by the Institut Paul Bocuse for its initial and continuing education needs and as a research centre. CROUS uses the cookery school as a place for creativity, training and testing.

Centrale Lyon students and staff can take cookery classes provided by the Institut Paul Bocuse.

The cookery school is the fruit of the ‘Crossed Talents’ partnership between the Institut Paul Bocuse and École Centrale de Lyon.
