Presentation

Cécile Poquet studied mechatronics at the École Normale Supérieure de Rennes and obtained the agrégation de mécanique in 2009. In 2014 she defended a thesis on the design and control of an endorectal probe-holder robot at the Institut des Systèmes Intelligents et de Robotique (ISIR, Sorbonne University, UMR 7222).

After teaching at Polytech Sorbonne, INSA Lyon and in BTS courses, she holds a position at École Centrale de Lyon as professeure agrégée in the Department of Solid Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering (MSGMGC). She teaches in the generalist engineering and specialized energy engineering sandwich courses (Energy Plant Design).

She is involved in the life of the school at various levels: coordinator of academic training for the alternating energy engineer curriculum, teaching assessment committee, organization of PCP tutoring.

Training activities

  • Generalist curriculum: GMtc1 (Technology/General and Analytical Mechanics/Resistance of Materials), GMtc2 (Practical Mechanical Engineering Activities), GMtc4 (Mechanism Design), MSStc3 (Digital Modeling)
  • Alternative energy curriculum: Scientific Reinforcement, Kinematic Mechanics, Geometry of Mechanical Systems[Thesis topic]
