Presentation

A graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure de Physique de Marseille (Centrale Méditerranée), he obtained his PhD from the University of Aix-Marseille-III in 2003. He then joined the Lyon Nanotechnology Institute (INL) as Maître de conférences at Centrale Lyon.

Research projects

His research interests more specifically concern the design, modeling and simulation of photonic crystals. Areas of application include information and communications technologies, solar energy

  • PEPR project TASE IOTA 2023-2027
  • IDEX-Breakthrough project "IPPON" 2018-2021
  • ANR project EMIPERO 2018-2022 on light-emitting diodes

Training activities

In the core curriculum of the general engineering curriculum, He is mainly involved in the Physics training program, on the theme of light-matter interactions. In the selective pathway, he teaches courses on optical devices, micro-nanophotonics and solar energy (also for the energy specialization). He regularly supervises research-oriented study or application projects, as well as selective course projects.
