College of Engineering Lyon Saint-Étienne

Centrale Lyon, ENTPE, INSA Lyon and Mines Saint-Étienne combine their expertise in research and their know-how in initial and continuing training within the College of Engineering.

Open to economic players and local authorities, the College of Engineering, created in 2022, has the objective of meeting the challenges of major transitions. It aims to be the demonstrator of a new model of territorial cooperation between academics and socio-economic players. Within this framework, the schools are committed to driving collaborative projects, open to other academic players on the site, and to developing joint engineering actions enabling the implementation of synergies in the fields of training, research, innovation and technology transfer, entrepreneurship and knowledge dissemination.

Promoting engineering within the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region

The Collège d'ingénierie takes its part in the dynamism of regional industry and contributes to the Plan Région des ingénieurs et techniciens 2023-2028 adopted by the Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
