École Centrale de Lyon is a scientific, cultural and professional public establishment. As a graduate school of engineers, it weaves together education and research thanks to the six CNRS joint research units at its campus. The institute has around 2,000 students and 550 permanent and temporary staff members who perform their work entirely or partially on the institute’s premises.
