Centrale Lyon is honored to announce that it has been awarded the "Bienvenue en France" label at 3-star level, the highest distinction, by the labeling commission on July 3, 2025. This recognition rewards the school's collective and ongoing commitment to offering international students a high-quality welcome on its two campuses.

Welcome to France" label: a guarantee of quality for international students

Implemented by the ministry in charge of Higher Education and Research, the label distinguishes establishments committed to providing a high-quality welcome to international students.

Getting the label is based on the evaluation of demanding criteria:

  • quality and accessibility of information and welcome facilities
  • administrative and pedagogical support
  • quality of campus life and accommodation
  • quality of post-graduation follow-up
  • commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility

Awarded for a 5-year period by Campus France, the label comprises three levels of distinction depending on the measures implemented within French schools and universities.

Centrale Lyon now joins the 57 establishments that have already achieved the highest level of recognition.
