For the past two years, the IGNITE London group has been bringing together Centrale Lyon students living in the UK to meet, exchange ideas and reflect on major contemporary issues. On June 29, 2026, IGNITE London will be holding its third evening event at the Institut Français du Royaume-Uni, with Pascal Ray, Director of Centrale Lyon, and Christophette Blanchet, Senior Lecturer at Centrale Lyon and a specialist in financial mathematics, in attendance for a conference entitled "Impact des sanctions sur les émissions carbones" ("Impact of sanctions on carbon emissions").
