We offer a large selection of rooms and lecture halls for hire, with capacities from 20 to 300 people.
With a variety of different rooms, we can offer you a bespoke service to host all your events at Écully. The tree-lined, tranquil location has abundant parking spaces for all your guests.
Equipment and services
The halls for hire are furnished with video projectors, Wi-Fi routers and sound equipment. On-demand services are also available: technical support, hospitality, catering, etc.
Sports facilities and dedicated venues
We can also offer the following venues for hire:
- Sports facilities: tennis courts, stadium, gym, etc.
- Computer rooms: 4 rooms with 12 workstations each.
- A gallery: an ideal location for stands.
Price information
According to specific requests, there may be additional costs for security, cleaning, on-call services and catering. A surcharge will be applied for any venue hired out after 8pm, or on Saturdays or Sundays.
VAT is charged at 20%.
Any public or private organisation whose business or event aligns with the missions of Centrale Lyon is welcome to hire a venue.
