Objectives
Centrale Lyon offers a Master of Sociology and Organizational Diagnosis (SDO) conventionné par l'Université Lyon 2. This training program is based on an interdisciplinary approach to work situations to diagnose human functioning in organizations, with a view to better supporting the development of companies, local authorities, associations, etc.
Program
The Master's program aims to master the issues at the heart of work organizations: health and quality of working life, conflict and cooperation, restructuring, corporate social responsibility, diversity, digital uses, etc.
Semester 1
- Diagnostic tools and sociological intervention.
- Analysis of professional worlds.
- What's new in the sociology of work?
- Introduction to the sociology of organizations.
- Research and case studies in sociology.
- Practice of intervention.
- Work in controversy.
Semester 2
- TFE internship
- Thesis and internship workshops
Internship
Students must complete a 5- to 6-month internship in a professional setting.
Diploma and certification
This course delivers a national master's degree - controlled by the State.
