An “associative life” which is rich and well-developed
At Centrale Lyon, the student associations play a vital role in the activity on campus. With a huge variety of cultural, social and sporting activities, about 1500 engineering students participate in the associative life on campus. Amongst them, 150 active students are highly involved in organising events which contribute to the animated life of the School – the Week-End d’Intégration, the Centrale Lyon Challenge, the Forum Perspectives Grandes Ecoles, the Gala Eclyps – as well as providing services which support the entire Centralian community.
Associations which complement in-class learning
The student associations allow students to consolidate and develop skills which complement those attained through the traditional academic curriculum, as well as to challenge themselves in the realisation of group projects. There are an unlimited number of benefits that arise from the student associations which prepare students for life in the workforce, all the while remaining a fun way to spend time with friends and enjoy shared interests.
