Marie Goyon holds a PhD in Sociology and Anthropology (2005) from Université Lumière Lyon 2. She’s head of the Social Sciences Teaching Unit of I.D.E.A.’s Program (ECL and EML) since 2013. She teaches and directs researches in sociology and anthropology, material culture and innovation studies at École Centrale de Lyon, ethics, body and culture studies at the Claude Bernard University – Lyon-I, and is a regulate lecturer at the Grenoble CHU and HCLyon for health professionals. Her research is carried out within the I.D.E.A. (Innovation Design Entrepreneurship and Arts) research team and the Centre de Recherches et d’Etudes Anthropologiques (CREA, Lyon 2 University) and focuses on the place of embodied learning in artistical and technical how-to, and especially sociopolitical stakes of technical knowledges and “making” (fieldworks : robotics and fablabs). Moreover, she’s head of the “P3” Project, social innovation and BoP missions (3 months internships abroad, NGO and social firms).
