She joined École Centrale de Lyon within the Ampère Laboratory in 2008. Her research expertise lies in evolutionary biology and molecular evolution that aim to apprehend the living world and its evolution through the study of the forces involved in the shaping of biological organisms through time and space, and in interaction with their environment. Her current work focuses on the evolution of genome architecture and its role in the diversification of living organisms. She takes part in diverse teaching activities and is in charge of the “Life, Information and Systems” course.
