Since 1980, Centrale Lyon has staked its money on Japan.

Over 300 students have since learned Japanese, and 150 have had internships in Japan, thanks to partnerships with Japanese businesses.

Today's firms are managed globally, and their big projects are multicultural. Developing relations between France and Japan requires engineers, as leaders of major projects, to have good knowledge of their partners' technology and culture.
